Failure to cancel in time may result in a charge for the upcoming month. We will refund charges if you are mischarged due to discontinuation of services.


5. Use of Software and Services


You may not transfer or resell our software or services. You may only add staff to your account, not transfer your account to other users or services.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
